Can I order a customized stole (grad sash)?
- Yes! Visit jostens.com and shop by school
- Select "personalized stoles"
- Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery to you (it does not ship to the Bookstore)
- If your department is offering a custom stole, purchase it through the department
Is graduation regalia available for rent?
- No, graduation regalia is only available for students to purchase.
When is the last date I can purchase graduation regalia?
- Online sales of graduation regalia will end on May 22, 2026
- Graduation pack savings will be available while supplies last up until May 22, 2026
- Graduation regalia will be for sale inside the Bookstore while supplies last up to and through graduation.
Is graduation regalia returnable?
- Returns or exchanges within 14 days, with receipt
- SAVE YOUR RECEIPT: No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a receipt
- Gowns: if your gown does not fit, bring it back in the original package to exchange for another size. Gowns are sold by height. We also offer 2XL and 3XL gowns for various heights.
- Dated stoles and tassels are not returnable
- Grad Pack returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Last day to return grad items: June 1
